Reepham Primary School Wildlife Garden

Kate Whitehead is starting an after school wildlife club at Reepham primary school after Easter. There is a beautiful wildlife garden but it needs a little bit of TLC to maximise its value to the school's children and to local wildlife. She is an ecologist and knows the basis for a wildlife friendly garden, but she is by no means a gardening expert. 

She is planning to run a work party on Saturday 14th April and was hoping some of our members might be interested in being involved, either providing her with some planting advice in advance, practical help on the day, or by helping her out by providing cuttings of suitable plants as the year progresses. 

 Kate is also on the look out for building materials, old drainpipes, pallets etc that they can build bug hotels and similar from.
